If you are listening to this, it's because we hit "go" on the episode for when life has maybe given us a few lemons. So we decided to make lemonade. Maybe we are sick or just juggling a few extra balls that made it tough to record.

So join us for a Wayback Wednesday as we recorded this while Coach Shelby was under the weather and we were expecting another hurricane, but it made us realize that we wanted to be "prepared."
