Today's workout will be structured as follows:
2-minute dynamic stretches

10-minute (RPE 3-5)
1-minute walk
6-minute (RPE 6-7)
1-minute walk 
4-minute (RPE 7-8)
2-minute walk 
1-minute (8-9)

5-minute cool-down walk
