Hello, friends, and a warm welcome to the new season of Time for Brunch. I'm Christine, and I'm absolutely thrilled to have you join us for what promises to be our most inspiring season yet. This season is very close to my heart. It's born out of experiences and feelings that I've cherished and I wish to share with each of you. Over the years, I have found myself lucky enough to be in the presence of extraordinary people, be it friends around brunch tables or out on the running trails. I've gotten the chance to share, with conversations that were uplifting and profound, and there's this unique bond and beautiful feeling that comes from these moments, a feeling of being understood, motivated and deeply connected. These moments have left me feeling like I wish that I could bottle up all of that goodness and share it with more people. That's what this season of Time for Brunch is all about. We're going beyond just conversation. We're building a community where movement and mindset intersect, and to help us do that, we have lined up an incredible array of guests, each with their unique stories that are bound to inspire and move you. And I'm talking about everyone, my friends, from a body-neutral flexibility coach who empowers us to love our bodies just the way they are to ultra-runners who have literally run the world. Their journeys are a testament to the extraordinary that lies within us all, and it's not just about the stories that we're going to hear. It's about shared experiences, because this year we've created and launched the Get Lit Orati Book Club, fostering a space for deeper connection and learning and for those who enjoy new adventures. Well, my friend, we are launching the Give it a World Girl, a monthly segment exploring different ways to move and groove and ensure to spark joy, curiosity and a lot of laughter. We're going to take the latest fitness class Crazes and Trends and we're going to report back to you. Lightsaber Fitness Anyone. Both of these segments will hold special virtual invites for our community and Brunch Plus supporters, and thank you for being a part of our journey.
